Our Pastors
Pastor Reggie and Sister Hershanna have been involved with the ministry of Victory Outreach for over 15 years. Pastor Reggie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from the Victory Outreach Bible College and is a licensed minister. They have a passion to reach people through the life-changing message of the Gospel. They have given their lives to the mission of Victory Outreach International and have the vision to see all people know God, find freedom, discover their destiny, and make a difference.
Pastor Reggie and Sister Hershanna are very relational, working with couples and families, restoring and rebuilding relationships. They have been married for over 10 years and are currently Pastoring in the city of Henderson, Nevada.
